【摘要】 目的 分析更年期综合征患者接受激素替代疗法的临床效果与安全性。方法 2019年6月至2020年12月选取赣州市妇幼保健院收治的绝经后存在更年期综合征症状的患者60例为研究对象，分为参照组(n=30，常规对症治疗)与试验组(n=30，激素替代疗法)，对两组患者治疗前和治疗后的Kupperman评分、激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、不良反应发生情况进行对比分析。结果 试验组患者治疗后Kupperman评分低于参照组(Plt;0.05)。试验组患者治疗后血清雌二醇水平高于参照组，促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素水平低于参照组(Plt;0.05)；两组患者治疗后血清雌二醇水平高于治疗前，促卵泡激素、促黄体生成素水平低于治疗前(Plt;0.05)。两组患者治疗后子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前(Plt;0.05)，试验组治疗后子宫内膜厚度高于参照组(Plt;0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率〔6.7%(2/30)〕低于参照组〔16.7%(5/30)〕(χ2=2.963，P=0.085)。结论 在更年期综合征患者治疗中，运用激素替代疗法，能够使治疗效果进一步提升，减少不良反应的发生率。
