【摘要】 目的 探讨首发精神分裂症患者未治期(DUP)时间对其健康教育效果的影响。方法 选取2019年3月至2020年3月中国医科大学附属第一医院收治的首发精神分裂症患者85例为研究对象，依据精神分裂症首发症状评定量表(SOS)确定DUP，以DUP中位值为界限分为短DUP组(≤49周)、长DUP组(gt;49周)，两组患者均行基于临床护理路径的健康教育，采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对两组患者健康教育前后症状改善情况进行评估，分析健康教育前后两组患者疾病相关知识认知度、服药依从性的变化情况。结果 健康教育后短DUP组PANSS评分小于长DUP组，且PANSS总分差值大于长DUP组(Plt;0.05)。两组患者健康教育后PANSS总分低于健康教育前，疾病知识评分、用药知识评分、康复锻炼知识评分高于健康教育前(Plt;0.05)。长DUP组健康教育后疾病知识评分、用药知识评分、康复锻炼知识评分低于短DUP组(Plt;0.05)。短DUP组患者健康教育后服药依从率〔97.7%(42/43)〕高于长DUP组〔83.3%(35/43)〕(χ2=5.125，Plt;0.05)。结论 DUP对首发精神分裂症患者健康教育效果有较大的影响，尽量缩短DUP可以提升治疗效果，改善患者的认知水平，提高治疗依从性。
