【摘要】 目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者实施智慧健康教育模式的效果。方法 选择2019年9月至2021年3月在重庆医科大学附属第二医院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫100例，采取随机数字排列表法将其分成常规组(50例)和试验组(50例)。常规组患者予以传统健康教育模式，试验组患者予以智慧健康教育模式。比较两组患者干预前和干预3个月后(干预后)Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)得分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)得分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)得分以及Barthel指数得分。结果 干预后试验组FMA得分、Barthel指数得分高于常规组，SDS得分以及SAS得分低于常规组(Plt;0.05)。结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者开展智慧健康教育模式干预，可提升其运动功能、改善负性情绪、提高生活能力。
