【摘要】 目的 探讨关节置换术治疗老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 选择2017年8月—2018年8月期间本院收治的50例老年膝关节退行性骨关节炎患者作为研究对象。患者均行关节置换术，比较两组术前、术后膝关节功能、骨关节炎指数和术后并发症情况。结果 本组患者术后HSS量表总分(72.35±10.56)分均高于术前(37.28±8.56)分，术后OMAC评分(12.69±3.18)分低于术前(20.52±3.26)分，KPS评分(89.69±8.67)分高于术前(65.38±11.02)分，差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。并发症发生率为12.00%(6/50)。预后良好。结论 关节置换术可有效改善患者膝关节功能，减轻膝关节临床症状，有助于患者生活质量提升，安全性较高，临床应用价值较高。
