【摘要】 目的 研究血清降钙素原(PCT)在煤工尘肺合并下呼吸道感染患者中的临床效果及作用。方法 选取2019年7月—2020年7月在淮北市职业病防治院住院治疗的100例煤工尘肺合并下呼吸道感染患者为研究对象，以随机抽签方式分为对照组50例、试验组50例，对照组患者进行血常规、C反应蛋白、病原学以及影像学检测，试验组在对照组检测基础上加入血清PCT检验，比较两组诊断准确率、各检测结果、临床指标以及检验满意率。结果 试验组检验准确率〔94.0%(47/50)〕高于对照组〔76.0%(38/50)〕(χ2=6.353，P=0.012)。试验组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。在治疗后3 d、5 d、7 d G-菌感染PCT均高于G+菌感染(Plt;0.05)。试验组检验满意率〔94.0%(47/50)〕高于对照组〔80.0%(40/50)〕(χ2=4.332，P=0.037)。结论 煤工尘肺合并下呼吸道感染在常规检验的基础上加入血清PCT检测可以提升检验准确率，更好地对疾病进行判断，并对疾病病程进行观察，为疾病的治疗提供更加理想的条件，保证治疗的整体有效率，值得临床推广普及。
