【摘要】 目的 研究双针疗法在治疗运动员肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)中的效果。方法 2018年12月至2019年12月选择陕西省体育医院符合MPS诊断标准的运动员100例为研究对象，按照随机原则分为双针疗法组(52例)和电针对照组(48例)。记录两组的VAS评分以及平均恢复训练时间，并比较两组间有无差异。结果 双针疗法组患者治疗前VAS评分高于电针对照组、治疗后1周以及治疗后3个月的VAS评分低于电针对照组(Plt;0.05)。双针疗法组患者伤后平均恢复训练时间短于电针对照组(t=-11.851，Plt;0.001)。结论 双针疗法在治疗运动员MPS方面效果优于常规电针治疗。
