【摘要】 目的 探讨高压氧联合小针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法 选取2014年6月至2015年6月在包头市第四医院诊治的100例第三腰椎横突综合征患者为研究对象，按随机就诊的顺序将患者平均分为对照组(50例)、高压氧组(50例)。对照组患者予以传统的小针刀治疗，高压氧组患者在对照组基础上予以高压氧治疗，分析两组患者治疗总有效率。结果 对照组的治疗总有效率为84.0%(42/50)，高压氧组的治疗总有效率为98%(49/50)；高压氧组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.231，P=0.013)。结论 高压氧联合小针刀治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床疗效较好，可以在临床上推广应用。
