【摘要】 病理性疼痛是一种严重的慢性疾病，包括炎症性疼痛、神经病理性疼痛和癌性疼痛。大量研究证实，雌激素及其受体与病理性疼痛之间密切相关，对其发生和发展有着不可忽视的作用。结合近几年国内外相关文献，本文阐述了雌激素及其受体在病理性疼痛中作用机制的相关研究进展，旨在为病理性疼痛的防治和治疗提供理论依据并指导未来研究方向。
