【摘要】 人工智能(AI)是改善卫生保健服务的新兴技术。在全球政府机构和学术部门的共同推进下，大量研究论证AI可以改进心血管疾病的诊断、治疗和预防，但其发展和应用仍存在一些限制，尚未在广泛范围内服务临床。基于此，美国心脏协会(AHA)于2024-04-02在Circulation发表了《人工智能在心血管疾病中的应用科学声明》(以下简称声明)。该声明综述了AI在心血管疾病诊断、分类和治疗中的研究进展，提出了AI应用中存在的问题以及潜在解决方案，并且构建了未来AI在心血管领域应用的框架。本文旨在对该声明进行解读，为我国AI在心血管疾病的应用和研究提供建议和方向。
