外泌体微小RNA参与糖尿病足溃疡修复的研究进展


【摘要】 糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)通常伴有不同程度的周围神经病变和血管病变,是一种难愈合创面,其愈合延迟过程主要是有新血管再生障碍、持续的创面炎症反应、创面再上皮化障碍及成纤维细胞增殖异常。外泌体微小RNA(miRNA)作为细胞间通讯的重要介质,参与多种生物学过程,可调控影响DFU愈合的多种靶基因转录翻译。本文旨在简要综述外泌体miRNA对新血管再生、炎症反应、创面再上皮化功能以及成纤维细胞增殖功能在DFU修复中的调控作用,以期为DFU的治疗提供新思路。
