    【Abstract】The 2024.V4of the NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines forColon Cancer provides important updates on pathologicaltestingofsystemictherapyforcoloncancer，doseofhemoradiotherapy，andtreatmentandmanagementofmetastatic coloncancer.Firstly，theguidelines emphasizetheimportanceof genomictestinginthesystemic treatmentofmetastaticcolon cancer.Secondly，thedoseofchemoradiotherapyandtargetedtherapeutictargetsoflocallyadvancedcoloncancerweremodified.
