    【Abstract】BackgroundThe national basic public health service project has been in operation for more than 10 yearssinceitsinceptionin2O9，andtheequalizationofbasicpublichealthservicesisoneof themosturgentneedsofloating population in China.ObjectiveToevaluate thebasicpublic health servicesqualityoffloating population in China，findout existingproblemsandprovidereferenceforimprovingtheservicesoffloating population.MethodsThequalityofbasic public healthservicesofthefloatingpopulationin31provinces(direct-controlldmunicipalies，autonomousregions，excludingHong Kong，MacaoandTaiwan)wascomprehensively evaluatedbyentropy-weightTechniqueforOrderPreferencebySimilarityto anIdealSolution(TOPSIS)methodusing thedataofChina MigrantsDynamic Surveyfrom2O15to2O18，andthe main mpact indicatorsoftheevaluationresultswereanalyzedbymultipleregresson.UsingRankSumRatiomethodtogradetheevaluation results.ResultsThe results of entropy-weight TOPSIS method showed that the C_i values of 31 provinces(direct-controlled municipalities ......
