    【Abstract】BackgroundHealth informatisation is an efective means to enhance the servicecapacityof primary healthcare institutions.Sincethe12thFive-Year Plan，SichuanProvincehasatached greatimportancetotheconstructiono primaryhealthinformatisation，withaviewtorealisingtheenhancementof themanagementlvelandservicecapacityofprmaryhealthcareinstitutionsempoweredbyhealthinformation.However，thereisalackofresearchonthecurentstatusofhealth informatisation constructionand application inthe province.ObjectiveSummarise the current situation and efectiveness of informationtechnologyconstructionin primary healthcare institutions in Sichuan Province.MethodsFrom May to June 2023，a questionnaire survey was conductedon143 district and county health administrative departments and1O28 primary healthcareorganisationsin21citiesand statesin SichuanProvinceusingstratfiedrandomsampling method.Thequestionnaires weredeveloped intersof informationpersonnel，informationinfrastructure，informationsystems，andITappicatios.The questionnaires were deployedintheunified primaryhealthcare platformat theprovincial leveland were flledinbypersonnel familiarwithinformationtechnologyconstructionineachprimaryhealthcareinstitution.ResultsIntermsofpersonel ......
