    【Abstract】The developmentof the clinical diagnosis and treatmenttechnologycombined with general practice and specialistinthecommunityisanimportantmeasuretoimprovethecomprehensiveservicelevelofcommunityhealthcenters (CHCs)，promote the more reasonable medical order，and implement hierarchical medical system.In thisarticle，wefind thatmostofCHCsinthecityhavecarriedouttheclinicaldiagnosisandtreatmenttechnologycombinedwithgeneralpractice andspecialty，byanalyzethedocumentsrelatedtothedevelopmentofcommunityhealthinShanghaiandpublishedliterature， andcombinethesurveyresultsof thesetechnologiescarriedoutby Shanghaicommunityhealthcenters.Ithas becomean importantstrategy forCHCstoimprovetheirclinicalcapacity，thedevelopmentof thesetechnologies，byfocusingoncommon andfrequentlyoccuringdiseasesinthecommunity，andcombining itsownmedicaladvantages，toselectappropratedisease types.However，duringthedevelopmentoftheclinicaldiagnosisndtreatmenttechnologycombinedwithgeneralpracticeand specialist ......
