    【Abstract】More and more studies have proved that heart failure with supra-normal ejection fraction(HFsnEF) isanewheartfailurephenotypewithdiferentcharacteristics，butitsstudyisstillintheexploratorystageathomeandbroad Thecriticalvalueofsupernomaljectionfraction(snLVEF)isstllontroversial，butmoststudiesdefineitasleftvtricular ejection fractiongt;65 % ；the proportion of elderly and female patientswith HFsnEFis higher，with lower natriuretic peptide valuesandsmalerleftventricles，andvalvulardisease，arhthmia，andhypertensiveheartdiseasearethemaincausesofheart failure；andtherelationshipbetween HFsnEFandmortalityhasagender-dependentnature，posiblyduetotheprevalenceof coronarymicrovasculardisorders inelderlywomen，coupledwithsmallheartsizeandhighsympatheticexcitability，making them morelikelytosuffercardiovascularevents；thecurrentdiagnosisandtreatmentofHFsnEFstllfollowstheHFpEFapproachBy combingtheliterature，thispapersystematicallydiscusss theresearchprogressofHFsnEF，withaviewtoprovidingaeference for the in-depth study of HFsnEF. ......
