    【Abstract】Background Cognitive impairment is acore symptom in patients with schizophrenia，and compensatory cognitive training has beenshowntobeanefective intervention.However，most existing studies employofline modes， with limitedresearchonmobile healthAPP-based compensatorycognitive training.ObjectiveThis study aimedto evaluate theintervention efectsand mechanismsofmobilehealthAPP-basedcompensatorycognitive training instableschizophrenia patients.MethodsAtotalof58patientswith stableschizophreniafrom NingxiaNing'anHospital(JunetoDecember2023) were randomized into a control group( n=29 )and an intervention group( n=29 ).The control group received conventional therapyandregularfollow-up，while the intervention groupunderwent additionalmobile health APP-based compensatory cognitivetrainingfor12weeks.CognitivefunctionandqualityoflifewereassessedusingtheBriefAssessmentofCognitioninSchizophrenia(BACS)andtheSchizophrenia Qualityof Life Scale(SQLS)，respectively.Pre-and post-intervention scores were compared ......
