ObjectiveTheresearch,via evaluating consultation competence ofRTME graduates trainedbythe\"5+3\"pathway inreal rural townshiphealthcentersetings in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,aimed toexaminereliablyefects of RTMEupon talentcompetencecultivationand toprovideoptimizationstrategiesforenhancingcompetence trainingsofruralprimaryhealth careworkforce.MethodsFrom July to August,2O23,theresearch,bycombining stratified sampling with clusterampling, included75RTME graduatesasthestudygroup who were working in townshiphealthcentersamidfourcities in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,as referenced to Nanning,Wuzhou,Guigang,and Chongzuo,and 41 GPsand assistant GPs as the controlgroupwhohadnotbeentrainedbythe\"5+3\"pathwayandwere workinginthesametownshiphealthcentersasthestudy group.Atotalof 8standardized patients(SPs)withqualifidsimulations hadbeensent to thesampledtownship healthcenters ......
