    【Abstract】Background General practice outpatient teaching isone of the commonly-used teaching methods in clinicalpractie.Atthisstage，however，thegeneralpracticeoutpatientteachingactivities inmostclinicalrainingbasenour countryareonlyfinishdbygeneralpractitionersandgeneralpracticeresidents，andtheconnectionwithspecialistsandgeneral practitioners ingrassrotspracticebases isnotcloseenoughHowtooptimizeoutpatientteachingmodelsandmethodstofurther improvethepostcompetenceof generalpracticeresidentsiscurrentlyaresearchhotspot.ObjectiveToexploretheapplication efectof generalpractice-specialtygrasrootspracticebasejointsoutpatientteaching inthestandardized trainingof gneral practiceresidents.MethodsAnon-concurentcontroledtrialwasconducted，24 general practitionerresidents whounderwent standardizedtraining for generalpractitionersinTongliaoPeople'sHospital，InnerMongoliaAutonomousRegion，fromOctober 2019 to October 2O21 were selectedas thecontrolgroup，and 23 general practitioner residents who underwent standardized training forgeneral practitioners inTongliaoPeople's HospitalfromNovember 2O21toOctober 2O23wereselectedas the experimentalgroup.Inthecontrol group ......
