    【Abstract】Metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)and type 2 diabetes melltus(T2DM) are the wo most common metabolicdiseases worldwide.Thecoexistenceof MAFLDandT2DM hasahigh prevalencerate and accelerates disease progression，imposingasignificant disease burdenonpatientsand posingamajorpublichealth challenge.
