    【Abstract】Background Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)is a chronicdebilitating disease of unknown etiology associated with intestinal microecologicaldysregulationanddisturbancesinbacterialmetabolism，andtherearesignificant diferences inthecompositionoftheintestinalfloraand intestinalpermeabilitybetweenpatientswith CFSandhealthy populations，buttheharacteristicsoftheintestinalflorasuggestiveofCFSpoulationsofdirentageshaverarelyeenreorted.
