    【Abstract】Pancreaticcancer isa highlymalignant disease withapoor prognosis.Currntly，there isalack of efectiveearlydetectionmethods，resulting inmostpatients beingdiagnosedatanadvanced stageorwithdistantmetastasis. Furthermore，theunique tumor microenvironment poses chalenges for traditional treatment modalities such as surgery， radiotherapy，and chemotherapy.Thisarticleprovidedacomprehensivereviewof thelatestadvancementsinpancreaticcancer treatmentbothdomesticallyandinternationally.Italsosummarizedrelevantiteratureontargetedtherapyandimmunotherapyfor pancreaticcancer.Thearticle highlightedthatcontinuousdevelopments ingenesequencingandmulti-omicsresearchdeepened ourunderstandingof themolecularmechanismsandgeneexpresionprofilesasociated withpancreaticcancer.onsequently， numeroussignalingpathwaysandtargetshadbeenidentifiedalong withanarayoftargetedtherapyandimmunotherapydrugs.As aresult，the treatment approach for pancreatic cancer was graduallyshifting froma conventional \"one-size-fits-al χ^′′ strategy to morepreciseindividualizedtreatments ......
