【中图分类号】 R741 【文献标识码】 ADOI:10.12114/j.issn.1007-9572.2024.0200【Abstract】Cognitive impairment is often manifestedasaseries of brain functiondeficits such as learning,memory, intelectual,emotional,andexecutive deficits.Itoftenoccurs inneurological disorders,aging,andthepostoperative period.Currently,thepathogenesisofthedisease isunclear,andthe blood-brainbarier,oxidative stress,autophagy, inflammation,mitochondria,andneurotransmiters haveallbeenimplicated incognitivedysfunction.Recent studies found thatcopperhomeostasisasociated withcopper metabolismandcopperdeathhadaregulatoryroleincognitivefunction,which maybeakey mechanisminthedevelopmentofcognitiveimpairment.Inthispaper,wesystematicallintroducedtheroleof copperhomeostasisregulatorymechanisms incognitiveimpairmentfromtheperspectivesofmitochondria,glialcels,oxidative reactions,inflammatory factors,neurotransmiters,etc.(Whencopperhomeostasis wasimbalanced,copperionlevels were disturbed,electrolytemetabolismwasbnormal,andasriesofreactions,suchasoxidativestress,inflammatoryaggregation, mitochondrial disorders,and glialcelldamage ......
