四海之输配合常规取穴治疗中风痉挛性瘫痪的临床研究(1)

摘要：目的：在临床上观察四海之输配合常规取穴对于中风痉挛性瘫痪的治疗效果。方法：60例中风痉挛性瘫痪患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组均接受孙国杰主编《针灸学》教材提供的上身不遂穴位处方和随经筋屈曲拘挛部位配穴为主组成的处方针刺；治疗组均接受以四海之输为主穴，同时配以对照组穴位组成的处方针刺。每日1次，每次30min，连续针刺6天后，休息1天，7天为1疗程，治疗4个疗程后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组和对照组经过4个疗程治疗后结果如下：①治疗组总有效率为93.33%，总体有效28例；对照组总有效率为83.33%，总体有效25例；治疗组疗效较对照组疗效好(P<0.01)。②两组患者治疗后病类诊断标准评分均降低(P均<0.01)，但治疗组较对照组降低的幅度大(P<0.01)。③两组患者上、下肢的肌张力较治疗前均有改善(P均<0.01)，两组上肢改善情况比较无差异(P>0.05)，然而治疗组下肢改善情况比对照组的好(P<0.05)。④两组患者治疗后Barthel指数均升高(P均<0.01)，但治疗组较对照组升高的幅度大(P<0.05)。结论：四海之输配合常规取穴对于中风痉挛性瘫痪患者有较好的疗效，优于常规取穴治疗方法。

Abstract：Objective： In on clinical observes the great-hearted to lose the coordinate convention acupoint selection regarding the stroke saccadic paralysis treatment result. Methods：60 example stroke saccadic paralytic,divides into the treatment group and the control group stochastically.The control group accepts the upper body which Chief Editor Sun Guojie “Acupuncture and moxibustion Study” the teaching material provides to fail the acupuncture point prescription and along with passes through the prescription acupuncture which the muscle flexure contraction spot matching acupoint primarily composes;The treatment group accepts losing of take the great-hearted as the alveolus,simultaneously matches by the control group acupuncture point composition prescription acupuncture.Daily 1 time,each time 30min,after the continual acupuncture 6 days,rests 1 day,7 days are 1 treatment course,after treat 4 treatment courses to carry on the curative effect appraisal.
