摘要： 目的：改进手术室护理安全管理，防止差错事故，降低不良事件发生风险，确保患者安全。方法：对照《 2009 一2010 年患者安全目标》改进手术室相关工作制度和流程，完善细节管理，认真督导执行。结果：手术室不良事件2009 年6起，2010 年1起，极大地降低或消除了不良事件的发生。结论： 通过对照应用“患者安全十项目标”，可使医疗护理质量和服务得到持续改进，手术室管理更为完善，真正将患者安全落在了实处。

    Abstract:Objective： Improve operating safety management,prevent nursing error and reduce accident risk of adverse events,and ensuring patients. Methods:Control the《 2009 — 2010 goal of improving patient safety 》related work system and operating procedures,perfect management and supervise implementation detail seriously.Results：The operating room adverse events occurred six times in 2009,2010 occurs 1 times,greatly reduce or eliminate the adverse events.Conclusion:Through the comparison with ten goals safely used,can make the quality of medical care service and continuous improvement,operating more perfect management,real patients will be safe in the practice.
