摘要：目的：采用带大粗隆柄人工股骨头置换在治疗高龄复杂股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法：回顾研究31例骨折患者，采用带大粗隆柄人工股骨头置换术。并对术中情况，术后并发症，功能恢复情况进行临床随访分析。结果：人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意，术后并发症少，死亡率低，患者生活质量高。

    Abstract:Objective:To investigate treatment of hemiarthroplasty for Unstable Intertrochanter Fracture in the elderly patients.Methods:Retrospective study 31 elderly patients with unstable intertrochanter fracture were treated by Artificial femoral head with a handle greater trochanter.And intraoperative conditions and postoperative complications,functional recovery of the clinical follow-up analysis.Results:The artificial femoral head replacement for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of elderly satisfied with fewer postoperative complications,mortality is low,and high quality of life in patients. ......
