人性化服务在ICU病房护理中的应用
摘要：目的:针对危重患者的不良心理反应，采取人性化服务。方法：培养护士人性化服务意识，对危重患者采取不同的方式沟通交流；提高患者对疾病的认识能力及适应各种变化；进行术前访视、教育指导和康复锻炼。结果：人性化服务为危重病人提供了全方位的护理。结论：人性化服务的理念转变了护理服务的方式。关键词：人性化服务ICU应用

Abstract:Objective:Responded in view of the seriously injured patients not good psychology that,adopts the user friendly service.Methods：Raises the nurse user friendly service consciousness,adopts the different way communication exchange to the seriously injured patient;Enhances the patient and adapts each kind of change to disease cognitive ability;Carries on in front of the technique to make a house-call,the education instructs and is restored to health the exercise.Results：The user friendly service has provided omni-directional nursing for the seriously injured patient.Conclusion：The user friendly service idea transformed the nursing service way.
