摘要：总结36例胃大部手术合并糖尿病患者围手术期护理经验。认为术前做好充分的准备及心理护理是治疗成功的基础；术中医护密切配合，观察患者有无血糖的变化，及时监护是治疗成功的核心；术后加强基础护理、预防感染、电解质紊乱及糖尿病酮症酸中毒等并发症的发生，确保了胃大部手术治疗的良好效果，患者康复出院。
