颈外留置针在ICU应用的护理体会
摘要：在我院外科ICU的临床护理工作中，面对的患者具有病情危重，意识不清，电解质紊乱，营养失调，手术后过渡期等特点。颈外留置针的应用利于患者的抢救工作，方便于输入刺激性大的液体，如脱水剂20%甘露醇，高浓度钾泵入，碳酸氢钠液；用于快速补液；还有静脉营养支持。采用颈外静脉留置针，快速的补充及纠正电解质紊乱，操作简捷，提高了抢救的成功率，减少了对病人的创伤。关键词:颈外留置针 ICU应用 护理体会

Abstract:In my courtyard surgical department ICU clinical nursing work,facing the patient has the condition to be seriously injured,realizes not clear,electrolyte disorder,nutrition detuning,after surgery characteristics and so on transition-period.Outside the neck leaves alone the needle the application to favor patients rescue work,facilitates in the input irritating quality big liquid,if the dehydrator 20% mannitol,the highly concentrated potassium pump enters,sodium bicarbonate fluid;Uses in the fast fluid infusion;Also has the vein nutrition support.Uses outside the neck the vein leaving alone needle,the fast supplement and the correction electrolyte disorder,the operation was simple and direct,enhanced the rescue success ratio,reduced to patients wound. ......
