摘要：胫骨干平台内外髁周边完整而内外塌陷型骨折临床较少见，普通X线平片不易观察。自2004年以来，经过CT确诊，手术证实治疗11例，效果较好，报告如下。

    Abstract:Inside and outside the shin backbone platform the condyle peripheral integrity inside and outside caves in the bone fracture clinically rare,the ordinary X even piece not easy to observe.Since 2004,has passed through the CT diagnosis,the surgery confirmed treats 11 examples,the effect is good,report as follows.
