摘要：目的：通过对5例胆道手术后胆道大出血临床分析，提高临床医师对胆道疾病手术后并发症的警惕与认识。方法： 对5例胆总管探查、T型管引流术后胆道大出血病例进行病因、临床表现、治疗情况等分析及归纳。结果： 5例中采用非手术治疗痊愈2例，手术治疗痊愈3例。结论： 胆道手术前准备要充分，术中操作要轻柔，术后观察治疗是关键。

    Biliary tract hemorrhea after regional operation:A clinicalysis of five cases

    Abstract:Objective:To enhance the realization of the complication of biliary tract operation through the clinical analysis of five cases biliary tract hemorrhea after regional operation.Methods：Five cases biliary tract hemorrhea after exploration of common bile duct,T-tube drainage were involved,the etiology,clinical manifestation,treatment were analyzed.Results：all cases were cured,among them,2 of 5 by conservative and 3 of 5 by operation.Conclusion：Biliary tract operation should be prepared thoroughly,conducted carefully,and the outcome mainly depends on postoperational observation and treatment.
