摘要：产后子宫一般在5-6周恢复到非孕状态，当子宫复旧功能受到障碍时即引起子宫复旧不全。子宫复旧不全时血性恶露持续的时间延长可达7-10天或更长时间，量明显增多，恶露浑浊或伴有臭味。在血性恶露停止后还可有脓性分泌物排出。检查发现子宫较同时期的正常产褥期子宫为大且软。
