摘要：目的：探讨再次服现役的临床护理中的应用。

    方法：树立“主动服务，移动服务”的概念，设置了“护士-护士负责的部分-管床护士”三级管理体系，制定服务的具体实施计划，并安排到具体的负责人在服务实施的有关义务进行前，后住院医院的满意度调查。

    结果：人护理服务的实施后，搬家服务，满意度比实施前显着升高，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。

    讨论：在临床护理活动，推出“主动服务，移动服务”可以更好地提高医院的病人满意度，提高医院的市场竞争力。
