摘要：目的：观察Vitapex糊剂和樟脑苯酚对乳牙感染根管消毒的临床疗效比较。

    方法：选择105颗患牙随机分成2组，治疗组55颗用Vitapex糊剂根管封药，对照组50颗用樟脑苯酚根管封药。一周后复查，观察疗效。

    结果：治疗组根管消毒有效牙48颗(87.3%)，对照组根管消毒有效牙32颗(64%)，两组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。

    结论：Vitapex糊剂用于乳牙感染根管消毒疗效好。
