Ag+-MMT改性水性抗菌乳液的制备及性能研究

摘要：目的：制备Ag+-MMT改性含羟基苯丙抗菌乳液。方法：通过对含羟基苯丙抗菌乳液中Ag+-MMT的用量、热贮存稳定性，抗菌活性测试，确定最佳的加入量为3%，并通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)等进行表征，并用SYNBIOSIS全自动微生物检测仪进行抗菌性能表征。结果：①加载银后，蒙托土结构没有发生根本性的变化；②Ag+-MMT的最佳用量为3%；③当Ag+-MMT的最佳用量为3%，抗菌性能为0级。结论：抗菌乳液有较好的乳液温度储存稳定性，较强的抗菌能力。
