眶下动脉的血供研究在鼻部组织缺损修复中的应用(1)

[摘要]目的：探讨眶下动脉为蒂形成的鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部缺损修复中的临床应用。方法：①红色乳胶灌注5具(10侧)成人尸头，对眶下动脉及其分支进行解剖观测； ②以眶下动脉为蒂形成的皮瓣进行鼻部缺损修复。结果：①眶下动脉与内眦动脉、面动脉及其分支在鼻唇沟有丰富的吻合； ②临床上应用6例以眶下动脉为蒂形成的皮瓣用于鼻部缺损修复均获成功。结论：以眶下动脉为蒂形成的鼻唇沟皮瓣，具有采集方便、血供丰富、色泽质地与受区相近等优点，适用于各种类型鼻部缺损的修复。
