[摘要]目的：探索用于部分耳郭缺损再造的理想材料。 方法：对13例外伤后导致的部分耳郭缺损的病人，采用Gore-Tex整形材料作为再造耳的支架，在耳后设计局部皮瓣覆盖进行修复，供瓣区直接缝合或另取皮片植皮。 结果：本组共13例13耳， 4例术后发生假体外露，经再次手术修整，随访1～2年，所有再造耳郭外形满意，与对侧正常耳外形基本一致。结论：Gore-Tex材料具有良好的组织相容性和可塑性，是部分耳郭再造的理想材料之一。

    The application of Gore-Tex in reconstruction of partial auricle deformity

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore a kind of ideal material for reconstruction of partial auricle deformity. MethodsBeing used as framework for ear reconstruction, Gore-Tex material was covered with local skin flap of post aurem, and the donor site was sutured directly or overlapped with free skin graft. We performed such operation on 13 patients with partial auricle deformity due to trauma.ResultsThirteen cases including 13 ears were treated and satisfactory results were gained in 9 cases. Prosthesis exposure occured in the other 4 cases after the first operation and satisfactory results were obtained by performing additional operations. The contour of all reconstruction ears were coincidence with the normal side on the whole by a follow up of 1 year to 2 years.ConclusionGore-Tex is one of the ideal materials for reconstruction of partial defect of auricle with high biocompatibility and good plasticity. ......
