Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮疗效分析(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性，寻找治疗寻常性痤疮的有效方法。方法：收集来笔者科室就诊的120例寻常性痤疮患者，将他们随机分为三组：对照1组40例、对照2组40例、治疗组40例。其中对照1组单用Aurora光波射频进行治疗，对照2组单用笔者科室自发研制的中药面膜进行治疗，治疗组采用Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜进行治疗，每4周治疗1次，三组患者治疗期间都用寻常性痤疮洗剂外敷，治疗时间为3个月。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.5%，对照1组、对照2组总有效率分别为63.3%、63.7%，治疗组总有效率与对照组总有效率进行比较，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.36，χ2=4.58，P<0.05)，对照1组和对照2组总有效率进行比较，差异无统计学意义(χ2=11.36，P>0.05)。结论：Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮具有明显的临床效果，不良反应少，安全有效， 可以明显缩短疗程， 并提高治愈率，值得推广。

Effect analysis of Aurora wave RF combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine mask for the treatment of acne vulgaris

Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Aurora wave RF combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine mask for acne vulgaris，and find effective methods for the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 120 cases of acne vulgaris patients in our hospital，they were randomly divided into three groups： control group 1(40 cases)and the control group 2(40 cases)and treatment group(40 cases).Among them， the control group of 1 single Aurora waveradio frequency treatment， the control group of 2 single，the spontaneous development of the traditional Chinese medicine mask for treatment，the treatment group using Aurorawave RF combined with Chinese herbal mask treatment，1 times every 4 weeks，three groups of patients during treatment with topical acne lotion， treatment time is 3 a month. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 92.5%，control group 1，control group 2 of the total effective rate was 63.3%，63.7%，the total efficiency of treatment
group and control group total efficiency were compared，the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.36，χ2=4.58，P<0.05)，control group 1 and control group total efficiency of 2 by comparison，the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=11.36，P>0.05). Conclusion Aurora wave RF combined with traditional Chinese medicine mask for acne vulgaris has obvious clinical effect，less adverse reaction，safe and effective，can significantly shorten the course of treatment，and improve the cure rate，worthy of promotion.

寻常性痤疮是一种临床常见的毛囊皮脂腺慢性炎症性皮肤病，病情易反复发作，严重者可形成增生性瘢痕[1]，不仅有碍容貌，而且使患者的身心健康受到极大的影响[2-3]。传统药物治疗具有起效较慢以及疗程较长的缺点，其中，两种现象更增加了治疗难度：①全身性应用维A酸类药物所产生的副反用；②滥用抗生素所产生的耐药性[4]，也成为非常难的突破口。近年来，Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮逐渐得到广大皮肤科医生的热切关注。笔者科室于2014年3月-2015年4月使用Aurora光波射频联合中药面膜治疗寻常性痤疮患者，取得了较好的临床疗效，现在将结果报道如下。 (马瑛 赵娜)
