鼻部注射填充术后局部缺血性障碍的预防和治疗(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨鼻部注射填充术后局部缺血性障碍的预防和处理方法。方法：对治疗的34例鼻部注射填充术后出现局部缺血性障碍的病例进行回顾，总结治疗和预防的方法。结果：34例患者经过治疗，6例完全恢复，28例局部皮肤遗留不同程度色沉和瘢痕。结论：注射后局部缺血性障碍发生后及早治疗可明显减少后期畸形的发生率，采取严密的预防措施，可减少局部缺血性障碍的发生。
