间歇性正压充气装置在超长宽比皮瓣中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的：探讨间歇性正压充气装置应用于超长宽比例皮瓣中，对皮瓣成活的影响。方法：2015年9月至2016年8月在14例患者中应用间歇性正压充气装置，术后观察皮瓣一般情况。结果：术后3d换药可见12例皮瓣尖端肤色正常，仅2例耳廓严重撕脱伤稍显青紫，术后7d皮瓣末端血运已大部分恢复正常，仅有1.0cm×0.5cm表皮坏死结痂，经换药后痊愈。结论：间歇性正压充气装置可促进超长宽比例皮瓣成活，具有较好的临床效果。
