[摘要]黄褐斑多见于女性，影响美观。魏跃钢教授在临床中总结经验，认为黄褐斑根本病因为肾阴阳亏损，进而波及心、肝、脾、肺四脏，故将黄褐斑分为心肾不交证，肝肾阴虚证，脾肾阳虚证，肺肾两虚证四种证型。提出黄褐斑的治疗应以补肾为根本大法，辅以活血化瘀。
