Geramage聚合瓷修复体在活髓前牙美容修复中的应用(1)

     [摘要]目的：探討Geramage聚合瓷修复体在活髓前牙美容修复中的应用。方法：选取笔者科室96例活髓前牙美容修复患者(188颗患牙)为研究对象，随机分为接受Geramage聚合瓷修复的研究组(48例，94颗患牙)和接受光固化复合树脂修复的对照组(48例，94颗患牙)，比较两组术后修复体敏感程度、疼痛程度、牙周指标等情况。结果：研究组活髓前牙修复1d后敏感发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，修复3个月后，研究组无显著变化(P>0.05)，对照组显著降低(P<0.05)，两组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)；修复1d后，研究组视觉模拟评分(VAS)低于对照组(P<0.05)；修复3个月后，两组VAS评分均明显降低(P<0.05)，两组间VAS评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)，两组修复体完整性无显著性差异(P>0.05)，研究组边缘密合度、色泽协调性均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；修复半年后，对照组修复牙菌斑指数(PI)、牙龈指数(GI)均高于其对合健康牙和研究组修复牙(P<0.05)；研究组修复牙PI、GI与其健康修复牙比较，无显著性差异(P>0.05)；研究组龈沟探诊深度(PD)与对照组组间和组内比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论：Geramage聚合瓷修复可有效减少活髓前牙的敏感性、疼痛，降低PI、GI，改善边缘密合度和色泽协调性，提高美容效果。

    Application of Geramage Polymerization Porcelain Restorations in Esthetic Restoration of Vital Incisors

    Abstract： Objective To explore the application of Geramage polymerization porcelain restorations in esthetic restoration of vital incisors. Methods 96 cases of patients with esthetic restoration of vital incisors (188 teeth) were selected for the study and randomly divided into the study group (n=48 with 94 teeth， treated with Geramage polymerization porcelain restoration) and the control group (n=48 with 94 teeth， given the light cured composite resin to repair). The sensitivity， pain and periodontal indexes of postoperative restorations were compared between the two groups. Results The sensitive incidence rate after 1d of vital incisors restoration in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05)， and after 3 months of restoration there was no significant change in the study group (P>0.05) while the rate in the control group was decreased significantly (P<0.05)， and there was no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05). After 1d of restoration， the visual analogue scale (VAS) score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). After 3 months of restoration， the score of VAS in the two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05)， and there was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups (P>0.05)， and there was no significant difference in the integrity of the restorations between the two groups (P>0.05)， and the marginal discrepancy degree and color coordination of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). After 6 months of restoration， the dental plaque index (PI) and the gingival index (GI) in the repaired teeth of the control group were significantly higher than those in the healthy teeth and the repaired teeth of the study group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PI and GI between the healthy teeth and the repaired teeth of the study group (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the probing depth (PD) between or within the study group and the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Geramage polymerization porcelain restoration can effectively reduce the sensitivity and pain of vital incisors， and decrease the PI and GI， and improve the marginal discrepancy degree and color coordination and the esthetic effects.(刘冰锋)
