上颌中切牙与侧切牙切端垂直距离的变化对正面观微笑美学的影响(1)
[摘要]目的：根據口腔正畸医生及普通受访者的评分，探讨上颌中切牙和侧切牙切端垂直距离的变化对正面观微笑美学的影响。方法：收集安徽地区一男一女的正面观姿势位微笑照，上颌中切牙及侧切牙切端垂直距离以0.5mm为变量，从0～2mm进行数字化改变；对露龈与否也进行数字化改变，最后得到20张照片。选取80名安徽地区的评价者，分成正畸医生组和普通受访者两组，分别对20张照片的微笑魅力值进行打分。结果：正畸医生组和普通受访者组对微笑美评分的差异有统计学意义，上颌切牙切端垂直距离的变化值比较，P<0.05，说明切端垂直距离的变化对笑容评分有统计学意义。结论：普通受访者组和正畸医生组均认为上颌切牙切端垂直距离为0.5mm时的笑容是美观的，露龈会影响对微笑美的感知。两组评价者对男、女微笑美的评价也有显著性差异。因此，在安徽地区临床正畸治疗中，可以参照如上研究所获得的数值，进行美学参考。

The Influence of Disparate Incisal Edge of Maxillary Central and Lateral Incisor on the Positive View of Smiling Aesthetics

Abstract： Objective In this study， we aimed to verify whether different levels of incisal edges of maxillary central and lateral incisor influence the positive view of smile attractiveness and whether gingival display affects this perception based on the scores of orthodontists and ordinary interviewees. Methods Photographs of the postural position smiles of 1 man and 1 woman in Anhui province were collected. The disparate incisal edge of maxillary central and lateral incisor were digitally altered， creating steps from 0 to 2.0 mm in 0.5mm increments， with and without gingival exposure， and finally 20 pictures were obtained. The 20 pictures were shown to 80 evaluators from Anhui province， those people were divided into 2 groups and asked to provide attractiveness scores. Results There was a statistically significant difference between the orthodontists and the ordinary interviewees on the aesthetic scores. The variations of the vertical distance of the maxillary incisor was P<0.05， indicating that the variations of the vertical distance of the incisors were statistically significant on the aesthetic scores. Conclusion Both the ordinary interviewees and the orthodontists considered that the most accepted vertical relationship of incisor borders was the 0.5-mm step. There were significant differences in the evaluation of smile aesthetics between orthodontists and ordinary interviewees. The gingival display altered significantly the esthetic perception of the smiles evaluated. There were significant differences between the two groups in evaluating the smiles between men and women. Therefore， in clinical orthodontic treatment in Anhui， we can refer to the values obtained from the above study and make an aesthetic reference， in order to obtain an aesthetic result that satisfies both orthodontists and orthodontic patients， and realize the maximum smile aesthetics., http://www.100md.com(张晓敏 李淑华 陈银妹 五味子 王元银)
