盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑预防种植牙术后感染疗效观察(1)
[摘要]目的:探究盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑预防种植牙术后感染的效果。方法:选择笔者科室2015年6月-2017年2月采用奥齿泰种植体种植牙术的150例患者作为研究对象,按照随机原则将所有患者分为对照组与观察组,每组75例。对照组:给予口服甲硝唑缓释片治疗;观察组:给予甲硝唑缓释片联合盐酸米诺环素软膏在种植体周围使用。对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:用药7d后观察组患者的VAS总疼痛率为2.67%,对照组患者的总疼痛率为10.66%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.67%,对照组总有效率为78.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术后1个月及术后4个月种植体菌斑指数、种植体周改良出血指数、探诊深度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑有利于预防种植牙术后感染症状,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of minocycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazole after tooth implantation. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with infection after tooth implantation admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to February 2017 were included in this study. The patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 75 in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with metronidazole sustained release tablet, while the patients in the observation group were treated with metronidazole sustained release tablet combined with minocycline hydrochloride cream applied surrounding the dental implant. The therapeutic effect of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results 7 days after the treatment, VAS of the observation group and the control group was respectively 2.67% and 10.66%. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was respectively 94.67% and 78.67%. The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). There had no significant difference between the two groups regarding as plaque index, modified Sulcus Bleeding Index, probing depth at 1 months after the operation and 4 months after the operation (P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride combined with metronidazole is beneficial to infection prevention after tooth implantation, which is worth of popularization in clinic.

種植牙是一种口腔医学方式,主要由两个部分组成,分别为种植牙体外科植入和后期修复[1]。其中种植体植入是这项技术中最为关键的一部分,若是植入后被感染,则可造成该项技术失败[2]。所以,术后的预防与控制是极为重要的,其可避免患者术后发生感染,在该项技术中也是重要的一部分[3-4]。因此,为了避免患者术后发生感染、出血等症状,本文采用盐酸米诺环素联合甲硝唑用于种植术后患者,临床效果更为显著,现报道如下。
1 资料和方法
