夫西地酸乳膏联合当归苦参丸治疗轻中度痤疮临床观察(1)
[摘要]目的：观察夫西地酸乳膏联合当归苦参丸治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将2014年1月-2017年9月笔者科室收治的轻中度痤疮患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组52例。对照组给予夫西地酸乳膏治疗，观察组夫西地酸乳膏联合当归苦参丸治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效及炎性皮损、非炎性皮损的改善情况，并比较治疗前后面部皮脂含量、皮肤血红素含量，统计不良反应发生率。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率(78.85%)显著高于对照组(57.69%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；炎性皮损数、非炎性皮损数及总皮损数均显著下降并低于对照组；前额、鼻、脸颊等部位皮脂含量及皮肤血红素含量均显著下降且低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：夫西地酸乳膏联合当归苦参丸治疗轻中度痤疮不仅疗效佳，还可有效抑制皮脂分泌，降低皮肤血红素含量，且安全性高。

Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Fusidic Acid Cream combined with Danggui Kushen pill in the treatment of mild to moderate acne. Methods Patients with mild to moderate acne who were admitted to the hospital from January 2014 to September 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method， with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Fusidic Acid Cream while the observation group was treated with Fusidic Acid Cream combined with Danggui Kushen pill. The clinical curative effect， the relief of inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions were compared between the two groups. The facial sebum content and the heme content were compared before and after treatment， and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (78.85%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (57.69%) after treatment. The number of inflammatory skin lesions， non-inflammatory skin lesions， the total number of skin lesions sebum levels in forehead， nose and cheeks and the hemoglobin level in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment and were smaller than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion Fusidic Acid Cream combined with Danggui Kushen pillis not only effective in treating mild to moderate acne， but also can effectively inhibit sebum secretion and reduce the content of hemoglobin in skin， with safety.

痤瘡是一种毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病，当游离的脂肪酸增多时，痤疮丙酸杆菌无法分泌充足的酶对皮质进行分解，进而从单纯慢性炎症反应进展至丘疹、脓肿、结节、囊肿等症状。该症状多见于面部，且以青少年为高发群体，为其身心健康带来极大的影响[1-2]。2014年1月-2017年9月，笔者科室使用夫西地酸乳膏联合当归苦参丸治疗轻中度痤疮，取得了满意疗效，现报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料：104例轻中度痤疮患者均来自笔者科室门诊病例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。观察组：52例，其中男15例，女37例，年龄19～34岁，平均(24.37±3.59)岁，病程2个月～7年，平均(4.12±1.87)年，轻度痤疮27例，中度痤疮25例；对照组：52例，其中男20例，女32例，年龄18～35岁，平均(25.01±3.85)岁，病程2.4个月～7年，平均(4.30±1.65)年，轻度痤疮24例，中度痤疮28例。两组患者性别、年龄、病程、痤疮严重程度分级等基线资料对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具可比性。, http://www.100md.com(徐文博 沈立飞 赵宇)
