果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮临床观察(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床价值。方法：选择2015年12月-2017年12月笔者科室诊治的94例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者为研究对象，并依据治疗方案不同进行分组。对照组(n=47)单纯应用果酸换肤治疗，研究组(n=47)则采取果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗。结果：①研究组患者的整体治疗有效率95.74%，高于对照组的80.85%(P<0.05)；② 治疗前，两组的皮损症状评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)；治疗后，两组患者皮损症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)，而研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)；③两组均无严重并发症，不影响治疗，且并发症发生率无显著性差异。结论：果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者皮损症状，且并发症少，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the combined acid skin photorejuvenation clinical value for mild to moderate acne. Methods 94 cases of mild to moderate acne were selected in the hospital from December 2015 to December 2017， and 94 cases were selected as the subjects. According to the different treatment schemes， the control group (n=47) was treated with acid replacement therapy alone， and the study group (n=47) was treated with fruit acid rejuvenation combined with photorejuvenation. Results ①The overall effective rate of the study group was 95.74%， which was higher than 80.85% of the control group(P<0.05)；②Before treatment， there was no statistically significant difference in skin symptom scores between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment， the symptom scores of the 2 groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05)，the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05)；③No serious complications were observed in the 2 groups， which did not affect the treatment， and there was no difference in the incidence of complications. Conclusion The combination of fruit acid changing skin and photorejuvenation is of significant clinical value for mild and moderate acne. It can effectively improve the symptoms of skin lesions in patients with fewer complications and high safety.It is worthy of reference.

寻常性痤疮是一种发生在毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病。为明确果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗轻、中度寻常性痤疮的临床价值，2015年12月-2017年12月，笔者科室采用果酸换肤联合光子嫩肤治疗，并与单用果酸换肤治疗进行比较，现将两组整体疗效、皮损症状评分变化及并发症发生率结果报道如下。
1 資料和方法
1.1 临床资料：94例轻、中度寻常性痤疮患者，按治疗方案不同分成研究组和对照组，每组47例。研究组：47例，其中男22例，女25例；年龄17～36岁，平均年龄为(22.56±2.49)岁；病程4个月～3年，平均病程(1.78±0.26)年；对照组：47例，其中男21例，女26例。年龄17～35岁，平均年龄(22.86±2.23)岁；病程5个月～3年，平均病程(1.94±0.15)年；两组患者病程、性别分布、年龄等基线资料比较，无显著性差异，具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。
1.2 诊断、纳入及排除标准
1.2.1 诊断标准：痤疮的轻重可按Pillsbury分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级。Ⅰ级：轻度，表现为散在多发的黑头粉刺，可有少数炎性丘疹；Ⅱ度：中度，在Ⅰ度皮损基础上出现浅表脓疱，炎性丘疹的数目增多，但皮损仅限于面部；Ⅲ度：重度，在Ⅱ度皮损基础上，出现深在性炎性皮损，分布于面、颈、胸背部；Ⅳ度：重度-集簇性，在Ⅲ度皮损基础上出现囊肿、脓肿，易形成瘢痕，发生于面、颈、胸背部。, 百拇医药(翟燕 高艳 栗艳丽 闫梦梅)
