位点保存和数字化种植导板用于前牙美学缺陷的修复效果(1)
[摘要]目的：探讨位点保存和数字化种植导板技术用于前牙美学缺陷的修复效果。方法：以2015年1月-2017年6月在笔者科室收治的80例前牙美学缺陷患者为研究对象，所有患者均采用位点保存和数字化种植导板技术进行前牙美学修复，术后随访1年。观察患者的美学修复满意度，修复体完整性以及术后并发症发生情况，采用美国公共健康协会修正标准(USPHS)评估美学修复效果。结果：患者的美学修复满意度为96.25%，随访1年的修复体完整性为100%，术后并发症发生率为2.50%，修复体颜色、形态、边缘着色和密合度4个评估指标的A级比例分别达到97.50%、98.7%、96.25%、100.00%。结论：位点保存和数字化种植导板用于前牙美学缺陷的修复效果显著，修复体完整性及患者满意度非常高，术后并发症风险低。

Abstract： Objective To explore the repair effect of site preservation and digital planting guide plate technology in patients with esthetic defect of anterior teeth. Methods 80 patients with esthetic defect of anterior teeth which was taken as research object in the department of prosthodontics of our hospital during 2015.1-2017.6. All the patients were carried out aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth with site preservation and digital planting guide plate technology and followed up for 1 year after operation. The patients' satisfaction on aesthetic restoration， the integrity of prosthesis and the postoperative complication was observed. Aesthetic repair effects were assessed by the American public health association modified standard (USPHS). Results Patients' satisfaction on aesthetic restoration was 96.25%.The integrity of the prosthesis was 100% after 1 year of following-up. The occurrence rate of postoperative complication was 2.50%. The grade A ratio of the five evaluation indexes of restoration body color， morphology， edge coloring and density reached 97.50%， 98.7%， 96.25%，and 100.00%，respectively. Conclusion The repair effect was remarkable of site preservation and digital planting guide plate in patients with esthetic defect of anterior teeth. The integrity of the prosthesis and patients' satisfaction were very high and the risk of postoperative complications was low.

隨着社会的进步及人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对自身形象的要求越来越高。口腔美容也逐步受到人们的重视，牙齿的美观具有非常重要的地位，所以对前牙的缺陷修复也有着很高的要求[1-2]。前牙区种植修复成功的必要条件包括充足的骨量、健康的种植体周围软组织和恰当的种植体位置[3-4]。如何最大限度地保存前牙种植区的骨轮廓，避免唇面骨板吸收和软组织塌陷是临床医师必须面对的重要课题[5]。本研究就位点保存和数字化种植导板技术用于前牙美学缺陷的修复效果进行探讨，现将结果报道如下。
1 资料和方法
1.1 一般资料：选择2015年1月-2017年6月笔者医院口腔修复科收治的80例上前牙美学缺陷患者为研究对象，其中男20例，女60例，平均年龄(28.44±5.38)岁。纳入标准：①因前牙存在美观缺陷而就诊;②骨质破坏范围较大，无法提供即刻种植所需的初期稳定性;③具有一定的文化基础与表达沟通能力，依从性较好;④本研究经过医院医学伦理委员会的审核批准，均签署知情同意书。排除标准：①伴有牙周疾病、牙齿松动者;②口腔卫生不良、探查出血者;③不宜采用固定方式进行修复者;④伴有全身系统性疾病或精神异常者;⑤孕妇及哺乳期女性。, http://www.100md.com(薛妍 梁振耕 陈婷)
