[摘要]目的：观察30%超分子水杨酸联合粉刺挤压术治疗轻中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将80例轻中度痤疮患者随机分治疗组和对照组，每组40例。治疗组采用超分子水杨酸联合1周后粉刺挤压术治疗，对照组单纯采用超分子水杨酸治疗。每两周治疗1次，4次为1个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组起效时间早于对照组，第2、3、4次治疗后的皮损评分较对照组下降较为显著，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总疗程结束后4周随访，治疗组有效率为77.5%，对照组62.5%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：超分子水杨酸联合1周后粉刺挤压术治疗轻中度痤疮安全有效、起效快，患者满意度更高。
