    [摘要]目的：探討黄金微针射频联合透明质酸在面部皮肤年轻化中的应用效果及安全性。方法：选取2017年2月-2018年2月于笔者医院就诊的皮肤老化患者120例，数字随机表法分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组给予光子嫩肤治疗，观察组给予黄金微针射频联合透明质酸治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果，术后并发症及复发率情况。结果：观察组治疗总有效率、术后并发症发生率分别为91.67%、6.67%，显著优于对照组(78.33%、21.67%)，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：黄金微针射频联合透明质酸能够通过重塑其皮肤结构，促进皮肤的修复，以达到面部皮肤年轻化的作用，且安全性较高，短期复发率更低，值得临床推广应用。
