    [摘要]目的：研究鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术治疗鼻前庭囊肿(Nasal vestibular cyst，NVC)的疗效。方法：根据不同术式将笔者医院2018年9月-2020年2月笔者医院收治的59例NVC患者分为观察组(鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术)27例与对照组(唇齿沟径路鼻前庭囊肿切除术)32例。比较两组手术疗效、不同时间点视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue score，VAS)及创伤指标。结果：观察组手术时长、切口愈合时间和住院时间均短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。觀察组术后第1天、第3天、第5天VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：鼻内镜下动力系统鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术治疗NVC具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、并发症少、复发风险低等特点。
