    [摘要]前牙间隙主要是因先天牙齿缺失、牙齿过小以及颌骨过大等因素使患者牙列间隙变大的牙科疾病类型之一。前牙间隙的存在不但会对患者面容的美观性造成一定影响，还会因患者本身出现食物嵌塞以及发音模糊等状况对口腔功能的正常使用造成阻碍，进而对患者的日常社交以及心理状态造成极大的影响。传统性质的口腔正畸治疗过于强调尽快促进患者咀嚼功能的改善，极易在治疗中忽视了对口腔美观性的修复，尤其是对于一些情况比较特殊的患者来说，仅仅使用口腔正畸或是单独使用美容修复等方式对患者进行治疗并不能取得比较理想的效果，因而在临床使用中具有一定的局限性。因此，为了进一步促进患者病情改善，增强患者生活以及生存质量，在临床治疗中需采用美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗的方式。本文主要综述对前牙间隙患者使用美容修复联合口腔正畸治疗的有效性及其研究进展。
